A Day in the Life: What Youll Do (Part-Time)

As a DSP you empower individuals to live meaningful independent lives. Your responsibilities may include:

• Empowerment & Personal Care: Assisting with ADLs such as hygiene grooming and meals

• Behavioral Support & Advocacy: Following support plans providing encouragement and assisting with de-escalation

• Community Integration: Supporting with appointments hobbies and community-based activities or jobs

• Health & Wellness: Helping with mobility medication administration and preparing simple nutritious meals

Qualifications

We hire for heart and train for skill. No experience required.

Must-Haves:

• A compassionate patient and encouraging attitude

• 18 years old

• Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance

• High School Diploma or GED

• Ability to pass a background check

What We Value:

• Experience as a family caregiveryour lived experience matters

• Previous experience as a DSP PCA HHA or CNA (a plus not required)

• Experience supporting individuals with IDD autism or behavioral support needs
