Job Summary
Carrier Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrier Sourcing and Coordination: Identifying and managing carriers to meet customer freight needs.
- Shipment Tracking and Monitoring: Ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Customer Communication: Managing expectations and providing updates.
- Process Management: Using internal systems to track shipments and ensure quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bilingualism: Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication organization and problem-solving abilities.
- Education: Bachelors degree in business logistics or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of logistics experience (with degree) or 3 years of industry experience.
Job Environment:
- Location: Monterrey Nuevo León Mexico.
- Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm and with guards 2 Saturdays a month
- Benefits: Full benefits package.

- Salary: The offered salary range $18000 per month
