Position Title: Pricing Analyst
Location: Monterrey N.L.
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
Salary: $18000 $21000 MXN per month
Benefits: Full benefits performance bonuses
Position Summary
As an Pricing Analyst you will be responsible for responding to pricing requests for cross-border U.S. domestic and Mexican domestic logistics operations. You will collaborate closely with service offices the commercial team and operational departments to deliver accurate and competitive pricing solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage complete and respond to daily pricing requests according to deadlines and service level agreements for new and existing customers in specific modes products or trade lanes.
- Learn and utilize various pricing tools available to the team.
- Create professional written responses to RFIs RFQs and proposals that address client objectives.
- Manage RFQ projects by coordinating efforts across multiple departments ensuring timelines are met and consolidating pricing for client submission.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies before pricing (e.g. restricted commodities embargoed countries known shippers).
- Record detailed notes on every pricing activity to communicate effectively with operations staff upon award.
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers to identify best practices improve pricing quality and increase win ratios.
- Perform other related activities or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics Engineering or a related field.
- 12 years of previous experience in logistics supply chain or solution design.
- Strong entrepreneurial and competitive spirit with passion and self-motivation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to create and coordinate comprehensive proposals.
- Creative and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (required).
- Valid Passport and U.S. Visa required.
