Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Consultant your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to offer management and placement.
Develop new client relationships leveraging your own network and market expertise.
Generate revenue through successful placements and strong client partnerships.
Provide insights and market intelligence to help shape strategy pricing and growth plans.
Build and maintain a steady pipeline of high quality candidates through proactive sourcing networking and market mapping.
Conduct detailed intake calls with clients to fully understand role requirements team structures and hiring expectations.
Prepare and present candidate profiles ensuring high quality documentation and tailored recommendations.
Manage interview processes end to end including scheduling preparation and feedback coordination.
Advise clients and candidates on salary benchmarking offer structuring and negotiation.
Contribute to internal business development efforts such as attending events contributing to campaigns and supporting tender proposals.
Maintain accurate records on the internal ATS and ensure compliance with data handling and GDPR guidelines.
Support the wider team by sharing market updates competitor activity and candidate trends that influence recruitment strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in agency recruitment ideally within iGaming tech fintech or digital sectors.
An existing network of clients or hiring contacts that you can leverage from day one.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced unstructured environment.
Comfortable working independently and motivated by results rather than micromanagement.
Fluent in English knowledge of another European language is a plus.
