The Role What Youll Do
Provide first-line support for hardware software and user issues.
Manage user accounts passwords and access via AD.
Install configure and maintain devices across the school.
Support classroom technology including projectors screens and Chromebooks.
Maintain inventory repairs and equipment tracking.
Assist with safeguarding-related IT monitoring and systems checks.
Person Specification
Essential: Strong IT skills troubleshooting ability customer service skills.
Desirable: Experience in schools networking experience AV support.
