About the Role
Teaching Physics across KS3KS5 (A-Level experience desirable but not essential)
Delivering engaging theory and practical lessons that foster curiosity
Assessing and tracking student progress providing actionable feedback
Contributing to Physics and Science curriculum development
Supporting enrichment such as STEM clubs Olympiads or revision sessions
Being an active and collaborative member of a high-performing department
Experience and Qualifications
Degree in Physics or a closely related discipline
PGCE with QTS
Strong subject knowledge and passion for Physics education
Ability to inspire confidence and intellectual curiosity in students
Commitment to high expectations academic excellence and professional growth
Salary
Paid to scale MPS/UPS depending on experience.
