The appointed Nursery Teacher will maintain accurate observations use evidence to plan purposeful next steps and work closely with the Reception team to ensure continuity across EYFS. The post begins January 2026 with induction sessions beforehand to support the Nursery Teachers successful integration into the setting.

- Build strong homeschool relationships and support family engagement.
- Maintain safe stimulating indoor and outdoor provision and oversee daily routines.

Person specification
- Relevant early-years qualifications and recent experience leading nursery provision.
- Strong understanding of child development observation and early years pedagogy.
- Warm organised practitioner who builds positive relationships with children and families.
- Committed to contributing to the wider school community in Northamptonshire.
- Able to start January 2026 and to attend induction sessions in the lead-up to term.
