What Youll Do
Youll be a key player in our growth engine supporting both the Marketing and Sales teams:
* Generate high-quality leads through targeted prospecting.
* Conduct outbound outreach via email LinkedIn and cold calls.
* Research ideal customer profiles and identify decision-makers.
* Warm up leads and nurture early-stage conversations.
* Support marketing initiatives by aligning messaging and insights from the market.
* Maintain and update CRM/ATS data accurately.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to pass qualified opportunities.
* Bring ideas to refine sequences scripts and prospecting strategies.
This role is hands-on creative and requires strong communication and energy.
What Were Looking For
* Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Business Administration Advertising or a related field.
* Advanced English level (both written and spoken). Spanish is a plus but not mandatory. All communication is done in English.
* Based in Barcelona or nearby areas.
* Proven experience in cold calling outreach or prospecting.
* Experience in Lead Generation Sales Business Development or Marketing teams.
* A proactive attitude and genuine curiosity about people and business.
