Job Title: Radio Planning and Optimization Expert


Job Location: Madrid Spain


Main Responsibilities:

The job candidate be responsible for high-level analysis of mobile network performance identifying strengths weaknesses and improvement areas across all radio technologies of customers networks. The role combines strong technical expertise with commercial awareness supporting both network optimization activities and business development initiatives.

Technical Requirements:

o Mobile Network Expertise

- Proven experience in mobile network performance and experience analysis in 2G 3G 4G and 5G technologies.
- Strong understanding of RAN KPIs counters call flows and optimization methodologies.
- Ability to perform high-level audits and provide technical findings and recommendations.
- Experience with optimization and monitoring tools (e.g. U2000 PRS TEMS etc.)
- Capable of organizing and driving end-to-end troubleshooting for wireless network issues or subscribers experience-related problems with strong cross- team coordination skills to ensure efficient issue identification and resolution.
- Experience in experience-managementrelated (End to end KQI) analysis is a plus.
- Experience in big data processing is a plus.

o Ability to understand customers:

- Able to deeply understand customer needs by gaining insights into their network and business and match effective solutions and delivery activities to support improvements in customer efficiency and quality.
- Able to organize clear and well-structured proposals and present them effectively to support customer decisions.

o Customer Experience with Operators

- Experience in the Spanish operators market preferably within radio planning optimization or network performance departments.
- Familiarity with their processes priorities and operational models

    Business Requirements
    - Possesses business vision: through deep insights into customer needs networks evolution network performance network experience and business operations be able to deliver technical and delivery solutions that support the customers business success and gain their recognition.
    - 35 years of experience in RAN Optimization Network Performance Engineering Network planning.
    - Previous experience with Huawei as a telecom vendor or with a major mobile operator is highly valued.
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills able to explain technical results to senior stakeholders.
    - Proactive mindset with strong ownership of analyses deliverables and customer interactions.
    - Strong customer orientation and commitment to high-quality delivery.
    - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with planning delivery product and commercial teams.
    - Proactive willing to learn willing to take responsibility.

    Skills
    - Excellent communication and presentation skills able to explain technical results to senior stakeholders.
    - Proactive mindset with strong ownership of analyses deliverables and customer interactions.

    Language Requirements
    - Fluent Spanish or professional working proficiency.
    - Fluent English (C1 or equivalent) for written communication meetings and technical presentations.

    Education
    - Bachelors or masters degree in Telecommunications Engineering Electronic Engineering Computer Engineering or other relevant technical fields.
    - Additional training in mobile networks 5G RAN or data analysis is a plus.
