What the job involves...
Acting as the senior point of contact for major corporate clients and ensuring long-term trusted relationships
Leading account teams in developing and executing strategic communication and brand initiatives
Advising clients on positioning messaging and storytelling across corporate internal and digital channels
Overseeing multiple workstreams and ensuring that all projects meet quality budget and timing expectations
Partnering closely with strategy creative and content teams to ensure ideas are aligned with client objectives
Providing mentorship and direction to Senior and Account Managers
Leading quarterly business reviews and providing insight-led recommendations
Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and drive business development initiatives
Keeping a close eye on industry trends to ensure the agencys strategies remain relevant and forward-thinking
What you need to be considered...
- 8 years experience in corporate communications PR or brand management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or account director role
- Strong B2B experience
Deep understanding of corporate environments and internal communications
Proven experience managing large clients and strategic projects from start to finish
Exceptional relationship-building and leadership skills
Strategic thinker with excellent writing and presentation abilities
Comfortable managing budgets pitching work and driving growth
Relevant degree in Communications Marketing or Public Relations

Have experience in highly regulatedindustries
