Position Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Retail Artist (Full-Time) to join our team. You will inspire and educate clients on our clean beauty philosophy while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Provide professional welcoming and personalized service to every client
Assist clients with product selection application and shade recommendations
Stay knowledgeable about products trends and brand guidelines
Participate in trainings and implement new techniques on the counter
Follow hygiene protocols when demonstrating products
Build strong client relationships and follow up consistently
Maintain counter cleanliness and ensure product availability
Achieve sales targets and KPIs

Requirements

Retail experience preferably in beauty makeup or luxury skincare
Creative motivated and eager to learn
Ability to follow brand and retailer guidelines consistently
Passion for clean luxury beauty
Flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and events
Fluent German and very good English skills
