#3. Minimum of 8 years of Project Architect experience (along with additional 4 years having performed in the past as a Job Captain) is required.

Requirements of the Project Architect:

Bachelors degree
California Architects License
8 years of experience as a Project Architect
Min 4 years of experience as a Job Captain
Technical construction detailing experience (new construction)
BIM skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project
Strong communication skills
Experience working with a team

Other Key Requirements:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Architect in the San Francisco Bay Area local to this region is required.
