Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care across various specialities including Medical/Surgical ICU ER Psychiatric Labor & Delivery PACU and Operating Room. Responsibilities include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
Location:Napa California United States
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients.
- Conduct patient assessments.
- Administer medications.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Communicate effectively with patients providers and team members.
- Float between units as needed.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- ACLS BCLS and NIH certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field.
Special Considerations:
- On-call is required.
- Must be able to float between units.
- RTO must be included at the time of submission.
- Facility is able to call off once every two weeks.
- Every other weekend is required.
Scheduling:
- Shifts start at 0700-1900.
- Schedule determined per unit needs.
