The Systems Analyst 4 role involves providing support for a core Oracle application through technical analysis backlog grooming and documentation. The analyst will collaborate with stakeholders maintain system documentation and support administrative functions related to application deployment and change management.

Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth technical analysis of Oracle-based systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize the application backlog.
- Create and maintain clear accurate documentation for system processes and enhancements.
- Support application deployment certification processes.
- Prepare and submit waiver documentation.
- Represent applications in Change Management processes.
- Perform in-depth technical analysis of Oracle-based systems and workflows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize the application backlog.
- Create and maintain clear accurate documentation for system processes and enhancements.
- Support application deployment certification processes.
- Prepare and submit waiver documentation.
- Represent applications in Change Management processes.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Proven experience with Oracle applications and enterprise systems analysis.
- Strong analytical documentation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog grooming practices.
- Experience with IT administrative processes including change management and deployment support.
- Bachelors Degree
