Responsibilities:
- Research gather assemble correlate and analyze system requirements.
- Devise solutions to problems and prepare concise reports.
- Analyze and solve complex problems and prioritize information.
- Develop and present reports identifying gaps in functionality and operational effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Develop as-is/to-be process models to identify operational efficiencies.
- Map business processes and identify process improvements.
- Analyze program policies and procedures to determine their effect on automated systems.
- Work with functional teams to understand current and upcoming needs.
- Create strong relationships with project stakeholders.
- Identify define and document requirements.
- Develop strategic and project SDLC materials including gap analysis recommendations roadmaps requirements design documents test cases and use cases.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Ability to research gather assemble correlate and analyze system requirements.
- Ability to develop and present reports.
- Experience with process modeling and improvement.
- Experience with the analysis of program policies and procedures.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience developing SDLC materials.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- UX design experience.
