The Registered Nurse provides skilled nursing care case management and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age frailty and serious illness. Responsibilities include patient assessments medication administration treatment planning and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills with patients providers and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care.
- Perform patient assessments.
- Administer medications.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
- Gather and report patient data.
- Perform therapeutic procedures.
- Float between Tele and like units.
- Provide skilled nursing care.
- Perform patient assessments.

Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license.
- ACLS certification.
- BCLS certification.
- NIH certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU with experience in Surgical Trauma Shock or Neuro ICU preferred.
- Charge experience.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field.

Special Considerations:
- May be required to float to another medical center.
- Must include all requested RTO at the time of submission.
- Facility is able to call off once per two week pay period.

- As needed including weekends.
- Open to accommodating block schedules per manager discretion.
