Job Summary

Job Title: Data Scientist

Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Developer with expertise in agentic AI Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Databricks and ServiceNow API integration to support the development of an intelligent intake and routing system for security-related requests. This role will work closely with a Project Lead Lead Developer and an Architect to build and refine AI-driven workflows that automate request parsing deduplication SLA tracking and ticket routing.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Lead Developer and Architect to implement agentic AI workflows for processing security intake requests.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines to enhance contextual understanding and ensure accurate classification and deduplication.
Develop and maintain API integrations between the AI agent and ServiceNow enabling automated ticket creation and updates.
Implement logic to monitor SLA compliance by analyzing historical records and owner responses.
Contribute to system design discussions and provide input on scalable secure architecture.
Write clean maintainable code and contribute to technical documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (e.g. LangChain Semantic Kernel AutoGPT).
Strong understanding of RAG architecture including vector databases embedding models and retrieval logic.
Hands-on experience with Databricks in the following areas
Delta tables
workspaces
Model training using Databricks
ML lifecycle management
Deployment in Databricks GPU instances
Proficiency in Python and experience with NLP email/document parsing and LLM integration.
Experience with ServiceNow APIs data models and workflow automation.
Familiarity with security operations request management and SLA tracking.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with LLM orchestration autonomous agents and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and administrative workflows.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS GCP) and secure API development.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA CAD) are a plus.
