Position: Sentinel CyberArk JIT Access & Process Improvement TPM
Location: Overland Park or Frisco TX Day 1 ONSITE
Duration: 1 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Product Ownership: Lead the vision roadmap and execution of complex cross-platform solutions related to JIT access and CyberArk ticketing.
- Drive the integration of CyberArk EPM with ServiceNow including:
- Automating JIT privilege elevation requests.
- Enabling ticket-based elevation approvals.
- Aligning EPM tasks with ITSM workflows.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with automation teams to design and implement efficient ServiceNow flows and access request mechanisms.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal teams (EPM Engineering Architecture Security) and external stakeholders to understand current pain points and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product direction assess ROI and prioritize investments.
- Technical Collaboration: Work with development and architecture teams to address technical debt production defects and long-term scalability.
- Metrics & Reporting: Develop KPIs to track product health adoption and performance.
- Training & Enablement: Support the creation of training materials and adoption tools to ensure successful rollout and usage of new processes.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in process improvement technical product management or related roles.
- Strong understanding of CyberArk ServiceNow and JIT access workflows.
- Proven experience working with automation teams and enterprise platform management (EPM).
- Expertise in cross-functional team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at VP level and below.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost-benefit analysis ROI and NPV modeling.
- Passion for customer-first design and continuous improvement.
