Please share this info with candidates .Education and Work Experience:Graduate of school of pharmacy: RequiredDoctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree: PreferredOne years technical experience: PreferredInpatient clinical pharmacy experience: PreferredLicenses/Certifications:Pharmacist license in the state of practice: RequiredAll licensures and certifications needed to fulfill the duties required of a Pharmacist at the state level: RequiredRegistered Pharmacist (RPH): RequiredFacility Specific License/Certifications:Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or HeartCode ACLS (HACLS) or Healthstream Advanced Cardiac Life Support (HS-ACLS): RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) or HeartCode BLS (HBLS) or Healthstream Basic Life Support (HS-BLS): RequiredPediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or HeartCode PALS (HPALS) or Healthstream Pediatric Advanced Life Support (HS-PALS): Required
