HR Intern Profile Description:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support the HR team across recruiting onboarding and general HR operations. This role offers hands-on experience in candidate sourcing screening interview coordination ATS/HRIS updates timesheet management and HR administration within a corporate environment.

Internship Details:

Eligible interns may also receive reimbursement for pre-approved work-related expenses (e.g. internet/communication). Exact stipend and any additional allowances will be confirmed in the offer letter.
- Location: Fully remote. Candidates must have reliable internet access and be able to attend meetings during agreed core hours.
- Eligibility: Currently enrolled in a bachelors program (HR preferred) or an MBA or recent graduates within the last 6 months. Candidates should be able to receive academic credit if required by their institution. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are required.
- Start date & availability: Flexible start date. Please indicate your earliest available start date and weekly availability in your application.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Source and screen candidates using job boards social media and other channels to build talent pipelines.
- Draft and post job advertisements on the company career site and specialty sites.
- Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and provide timely candidate updates.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and interviewers.
Onboarding & HR Operations
- Support onboarding activities and manage new hire documentation to ensure smooth transitions.
- Assist with timesheet collection/verification and employee file maintenance.
- Perform general administrative tasks and support ad-hoc HR requests.
Reporting & Improvement
- Help assess current HR processes identify trends and prepare supplemental analysis and recommendations.
- Contribute to special projects focused on talent acquisition retention and process optimization.
Requirements:
Education
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree (HR preferred) or an MBA with an interest in talent acquisition and HR operations.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Familiarity or interest in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Experience or willingness to learn candidate sourcing techniques onboarding scheduling coordination and timesheet management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with candidates and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail ability to follow documented procedures and maintain confidentiality.
- Good organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Tools
