RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the monthly payroll process to ensure payments are made on schedule including timekeeping salary calculation and management of employee benefits.
- Ensure all social insurance filings and personal income tax finalizations are submitted accurately and on time.
- Maintain employee records and employment contracts as well as track and update contract statuses.
- Process all procedures related to employee resignations.
- Handle administrative procedures for foreign employees.
- Develop refine and enhance HR systems and processes.
- Prepare timely HR reports to support management in making decisions and planning policies.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Economics Law or a related discipline.
- Possesses at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
- Solid knowledge of regulations concerning social insurance personal income tax and procedures for foreign employees.
- Strong numerical and data-handling abilities with proficiency in HR management systems and Excel.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Meticulous responsible and thorough in completing tasks.
- Capable of working independently as well as effectively collaborating in a team.
- Able to communicate proficiently in English or Chinese.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 2 Saturday per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Competitive salary and housing allowance.
- OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.
- Social Insurance in full salary.
- Annual leave: 12 days per year.
