Junior Reliability & Condition Monitoring Engineer

As the Machinery Health Management Systems Engineer (MHM Engineer) you will be responsible for properly completing the projects based on customer specifications and keeping them in line with the project this role this person will also be responsible for implementing installing modifying testing and validating condition monitoring & machine protection systems.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Support in delivering solution Condition Monitoring & Machine protection systems projects in Europe under the guidance of a Senior/Lead Engineer.

• Execute basic software configuration in MHM/AMS and assist with configuration based on approved design.

• Assist with the user documentation (system architecture BOMs functional design specifications data exchange tables etc.) and keep trackers up to date.

• Join technical meetings with the customer to capture data/clarifications and log actions; escalate potential issues to the Lead Engineer if needed.

• Support with cabinet checks system configuration FAT testing and field installations and commissioning alongside the Senior/Lead Engineer.

• Contribute to technical training activities (e.g: training materials demos); deliver hands-on assistance during customer trainings when required.

For This Role You Will Need:

• Engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Electrotechnics or equivalent).

• Basic understanding of electrical panels and PLC cabinets ability to read wiring diagrams layout drawings and schematics.

• Basic knowledge of industrial communications (e.g: Modbus/Profibus/OPC basics) and willingness to learn DCS/PLC integration.

• 0-2 years of experience in industrial projects (Automation maintenance or condition monitoring) or strong internship/apprenticeship work

• Ability to communicate efficiently with customers and employees at different organizational levels.

• Must be proactive have a positive attitude and a high level of personal integrity.

• Proficient in English (writen & spoken)

• Able to travel and work abroad 10-15% of work time.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Computer and Networking Skills and Knowledge are considered a plus ( E.g. Basic Windows Server installation and configuration either physical or virtualized; working knowledge of networks and infrastructure; basic cybersecurity knowledge).

• Basic knowledge with industry-standard MMS (Machine Monitoring System) instrumentation is an advantage (IPC Sensors Displacement Probes Dynamic Pressure Sensors Speed Sensors Temperature Probes etc.).

• Confirmed understanding of industrial rotating equipment is considered a plus (Turbines Generators Extruders Pumps Compressors Gearboxes Fans etc.).

• A basic understanding of Reliability Products technologies and Working Practices is preferred.

• Proficient in system fixing skills.
