The Opportunity

As a Strategic Purchasing Specialist youll be at the heart of our supply chain operations ensuring materials are sourced efficiently and delivered on time to keep our projects moving forward. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
How Youll Make an Impact
- Manage requisitions and collaborate with internal teams.
- Create and monitor purchase orders based on negotiated contracts.
- Track and confirm supplier acknowledgements for timely delivery.
- Proactively resolve material availability issues and escalate when needed.
- Organize transportation and ensure goods are received on schedule.
- Align purchase orders with customer and ERP requirements.
- Maintain accurate material master data and support engineering changes.
- Contribute to inventory forecasting and planning processes.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a purchasing or procurement role (if no degree).
- SAP knowledge preferred.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
