Position: Production Supervisor (อตสาหกรรมอาหาร)
Location: Samut Prakan
Responsibilities:
ควบคมดแลสายการผลตใหไดตามแผนการผลต (Production Plan)
จดสรรกำลงคนในไลนผลตใหเหมาะสม และบรหารทมงานในกะทรบผดชอบ
ควบคมคณภาพสนคาในกระบวนการผลตตามมาตรฐาน FSSC / GMP / HACCP / HALAL
ตรวจสอบใหพนกงานปฏบตตาม WI SOP Work Instruction และ Hygiene Rule
ควบคม Loss Yield Productivity ใหอยใน Target
ตรวจสอบและลงบนทก CCP / OPRP (ถามในกระบวนการ)
บรหารและควบคมความสะอาดพนทผลต (Sanitation)
รายงานปญหาในกระบวนการผลต และทำ RCA / Corrective Action รวมกบ QA / Maintenance
สอสาร Training สนๆใหทมปฏบตการ (Shopfloor Training) เชน Safety / Hygiene / Quality
สงมอบรายงานการผลตประจำวนใหฝายทเกยวของ เชน QA / Planning / Warehouse
Requirements
Qualifications:
ปรญญาตรสาขาอตสาหการ / วทยาศาสตรอาหาร / เทคโนโลยอาหาร หรอทเกยวของ
มประสบการณในโรงงานอาหารขนตำ 3 ป และเคยควบคมทมผลต
มความรระบบคณภาพ FSSC / GMP / HACCP / HALAL
สามารถใช Excel / Report Analysis พนฐานไดด
มภาวะผนำ การวางแผนงาน และการแกปญหาเฉพาะหนา
