Position: เจาหนาทซอมบำรง (Maintenance Technician Food Industry)

Location: Samut Prakan

Responsibilities:

บำรงรกษาเครองจกรตามแผน Preventive Maintenance และ Autonomous Maintenance

ซอมบำรงเครองจกรเมอเกด Breakdown ใหกลบมาเดนเครองไดเรวทสดอยางปลอดภย

ดแล ความพรอมใชงานของระบบ Utility เชน ไฟฟา ระบบอากาศ นำรอน Water Treatment Chiller

ตรวจสอบและควบคม Spare Part / Critical Spare ใหเพยงพอ และควบคมคาใชจายชนสวนซอมบำรง

ทำบนทก Maintenance ในระบบ (Log Book Maintenance Sheet) ตามขอกำหนด GMP / FSSC

ปฏบตตาม WI SOP Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) และมาตรฐาน EHS กอนซอมเครองจกร

ประสานงานกบ QA / Production เพอทำ Line Clearance กอน-หลงงานซอม

วเคราะหสาเหตของ Breakdown / Downtime (Root Cause) และเสนอ Corrective Action

สนบสนน implementation ระบบ TPM / Kaizen เพอพฒนา OEE ของไลนผลต

รวมตรวจประเมนภายใน (Internal Audit) ในเรอง GMP / FSSC / 5S / Hygiene Zone

Requirements

Qualifications:

ปวส.ป.ตร ดานไฟฟา / ชางกลโรงงาน / เครองกล / อตสาหการ หรอสาขาทเกยวของ

ประสบการณซอมบำรงในธรกจอาหาร / FMCG ไมตำกวา 2 ป

รระบบ Preventive Maintenance / TPM / OEE / Basic PLC จะพจารณาเปนพเศษ

เขาใจมาตรฐาน GMP / FSSC / HACCP / HALAL

สามารถทำงานเปนกะ (Shift) ได

Day Shift: MondayFriday 08:0017:00

Night Shift: MondayFriday 20:0005:00
