Job Summary
On Behalf of Our Clint we are looking for a Operations Manager.
Job Summary :
The Operations Manager oversees the daily activities of the medical center ensuring efficiency quality patient care and smooth workflow. They are responsible for managing staff improving clinical and administrative processes and coordinating resources to support the centers objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of the medical center ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
- Lead and manage staff providing guidance and support.
- Improve clinical and administrative processes for better performance.
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with medical standards.
- Coordinate resources and monitor operational budgets.
- Analyze operational performance and implement improvements.
- Communicate effectively with management staff and patients.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree
- 46 years of experience in healthcare centers or physiotherapy clinics.
- Male preferred but female candidates are also acceptable.
- Saudi preferred but other Arab nationalities are acceptable.
- Proficient in English
