Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Nurse Assistants to provide remote clinical and administrative support to our U.S.-based medical practice. This role is ideal for a licensed nurse in the Philippines with strong communication skills clinical judgment and a passion for patient care. You will work closely with the physician and administrative team to support patient interactions documentation and care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient communication: Conduct follow-up calls appointment reminders and pre-visit instructions with professionalism and empathy
- Clinical documentation: Assist in updating electronic medical records (EMR) including patient histories medication lists and physician notes
- Care coordination: Support scheduling of diagnostic tests referrals and follow-ups as directed by the physician
- Triage support: Relay patient concerns symptoms or medication questions to the physician for review
- Inbox management: Monitor and respond to patient messages and coordinate with the clinic team as needed
- Chart preparation: Review patient charts ahead of appointments to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Compliance and confidentiality: Adhere to HIPAA and clinic protocols to maintain patient privacy and data security

Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (hospital clinic or telehealth setting)
- Proficient in using EMR systems and remote communication tools
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience working with international clients preferably in the US
- Experience with HIPAA documentation and working in remote clinical environments (preferred)
- An NCLEX Passer; someone with an active USRN license in good standing (preferred)
- Experience in telehealth nurse triage or patient education
- Availability to work U.S. hours (specific schedule to be discussed)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- High level of reliability professionalism and discretion
- Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
