What youll be doing every dayas the Director of Nursing:
As the Director of Nursing (RN) you will provide and foster aculture of placing our residents and guests first in the daily decisionsinvolving their care and life in the community. You will also plan direct andevaluate total nursing care and functions for the Nursing Department. Partnering with residents physicians and other members of theInterdisciplinary Team you will coordinate and deliver care based on theresidents desires and clinical needs and ensure care is provided within thescope of current Federal State and Local standards.

Whowe are looking for:
You will be able todemonstrate composure customer focus patience and the ability to gain trustand establish rapport with residents and your team.
You seek out environmentsor opportunities where you can be compassionate and humble.
- You have a hospitality-focused mindset a proven track record of systems thinking and changemanagement skills.
3-5 years of nursingleadership experience in a long-term care environment.
Working knowledge ofperson-centered care principles and practices will make you stand out.
Graduate from an accreditedcollege of Nursing and a Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Colorado with a currentBLS certification.
You will be able todemonstrate composure customer focus patience and the ability to gain trustand establish rapport with residents and your team.

3-5 years of nursingleadership experience in a long-term care environment.
