Job Summary
Team Red Dog is looking for an experienced Program Coordinator Xbox Publisher Engagement to join our global technology leader clients dynamic gaming this role youll help streamline publisher engagement and onboarding for Xbox tools and features ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams and external partners. Top Required Skills (Must Haves):
- Program/Project Coordination Minimum 8 years; experience managing timelines tracking deliverables and coordinating across teams in technology or gaming environments.
- Stakeholder Communication & Cross-Team Collaboration Minimum 8 years; ability to clearly convey updates align internal and external partners and maintain consistent documentation.
- E-commerce or Digital Marketing Exposure Minimum 8 years preferred; understanding of go-to-market strategies publisher engagement and digital content ecosystems.
Opportunity Overview:
This role offers the chance to work within the Xbox commerce platform supporting the purchase experience that empowers publishers and delights millions of players worldwide. Youll coordinate publisher onboarding manage communications and help develop go-to-market materials that shape how new features reach the market. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to global initiatives and see your efforts directly influence player experiences and publisher success.
How you will make an impact:
Coordinate publisher onboarding and engagement for Xbox Clubs and commerce features.
Communicate updates to top publishers through email and distribution lists.
Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to share education materials and feature updates.
Prepare documentation and support lightweight user research or feedback collection.
Participate in internal coordination meetings; external publisher communication is primarily asynchronous.
The expertise you bring:
810 years of relevant program or project coordination experience (open to strong candidates with 4 years).
Proven record of stakeholder communication cross-team coordination and documentation excellence.
Familiarity with e-commerce digital marketplaces or go-to-market project workflows.
Strong writing organization and problem-solving skills.
Bachelors degree preferred not required.
