As a Training Specialist at éShop youll lead the development and delivery of learning solutions that drive organizational growth. Youll create and manage training programs across multiple formats - classroom sessions workshops self-paced modules and blended learning experiences.
Working directly with éShop business units youll identify training needs and develop targeted solutions that address skill gaps and support business goals. Your role demands strong analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and demonstrate clear training impact through data-driven metrics.
Youll integrate learning trends and technologies including Generative AI tools to enhance training content and delivery methods. This ensures our learning programs remain relevant and effective in our fast-paced digital retail environment.
The position includes managing all training logistics - from scheduling and communication to resource allocation. Youll coordinate with global teams while maintaining program quality and consistency.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across éShop departments.
- Design comprehensive training curricula and learning paths aligned with éShops strategic objectives.
- Develop engaging training content including presentations workbooks e-learning modules and job aids specific to éShop operations.
- Explore and implement Generative AI tools to enhance training content creation and delivery while developing AI literacy training modules for teams.
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions both in-person and virtually for global éShop teams.
- Create and maintain a learning management system (LMS) to track training completion and certifications
- Implement measurement strategies to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI of éShop learning programs.
- Partner with éShop subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of training materials.
- Manage new hire onboarding programs and create standardized orientation materials for éShop role.
- Generate regular reports on training metrics completion rates and participant feedback.
- Support the development of performance improvement plans and career development frameworks for éShop teams.
- 2 years of design experience
- Have an available online portfolio
- Experience working with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience in prototyping
- Knowledge of user-centered design methodologies usability principles web-based information architecture and design
- Experience working in a collaborative team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
