Internship Details:
Dates: June 1 August 7 2026
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours/week (MondayFriday)
Pay: $18/hour
Location: Headquarters Office in Memphis TN

Internship Focus:
The ALSAC Information Security Team is looking for an intern that will become an integral part of our diverse team. At ALSAC the intern will be able to help protect our assets while working on innovative projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assignments may include responsibilities in one or more of the following areas:
Security event analysis triage containment remediation and reporting
Information Security Awareness for Developers
Network Security vulnerability assessments and computer forensics
Knowledge of programming with C/C/Java/C#/Go/Python
Knowledge of Web Application security Testing (owasp top 10 etc.)
Required qualifications:
Knowledge and understanding of common information and cyber security technologies (e.g. NIDS/HIDS Web Proxies Vulnerability Scanners)
Understanding of common ports and protocols
Familiarity with network packet capture tools
Academic background in information security computer science computer engineering or a similar major with extensive computer-based or technical content
A great attitude and hunger for learning
Excellent analytical written and oral communication skills
Ability to work within a team environment
3.0 GPA or greater (strongly preferred)
Must be 18 years of age or older
