Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Kafka Engineer AWS MSK & ECS InfrastructureRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Kafka Engineer to lead the setup deployment and monitoring of Kafka components on AWS. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS MSK ECS GitLab CI/CD and observability tools like Prometheus and ResponsibilitiesKafka Infrastructure SetupDesign and implement AWS MSK setup using CloudFormation deployment processes via GitLab Ecosystem Component Hosting on AWS ECSDeploy and manage: Kafka ConnectKafka ProxySchema RegistryCruise ControlAKHQ (Kafka GUI Tool)Monitoring & Observability:Integrate Prometheus and Grafana for MSK dashboards and alerting monitoring stack on AWS ECS if ECS Setup:Create ECS infrastructure using ECS deployments via Skills:Strong expertise in Kafka and its with AWS MSK and in CloudFormation and GitLab CI/ with Prometheus and to troubleshoot and optimize Kafka scripting and automation Qualifications:AWS certifications (Solutions Architect DevOps Engineer).Experience in container orchestration and microservices of security best practices in cloud deployments.
