Job Summary
AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations from foundational services such as Amazons Simple Storage Service (S3) and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2) to consistently released new product innovations that continue to set AWSs services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization youll support the development and management of Compute Database Storage Internet of Things (Iot) Platform and Productivity Apps services in AWS. Within AWS UC Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) roles engage with AWS customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services.

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations ensuring the safe efficient and timely receipt storage and dispatch of goods. This is a hands-on role responsible for building warehouse processes systems and workflows from the ground up supporting business operations and internal team needs while maintaining high standards of safety accuracy and productivity.
Key job responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving storage inventory management and outbound shipments
Receive stage and inspect incoming materials verifying labels barcodes packing slips and product condition
Process received items in the ERP system in accordance with company policies and regulations
Identify document and process damaged or missing items following company procedures
Manage inventory movements using manual and mechanical handling equipment
Coordinate efficient distribution of materials to internal recipients and external partners
Prepare and dispatch outbound shipments ensuring accuracy documentation and compliance with safety standards
Liaise with courier and logistics partners to arrange timely pick-ups and deliveries
Monitor and maintain adequate stock of packing materials and warehouse supplies
Ensure full compliance with health safety and environmental regulations
Lead and train warehouse staff promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence

- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
- Proficiency in ERP and inventory management systems
- Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures safety standards and hazardous goods regulations
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Fluent English (verbal and written); additional languages are an advantage
