Technical Operator Level 2

What you will do:

• Accountable for the skills within their team and works with the technical trainer to enhance and build capability within the rooms.
• Supervise the development of T1 role into future T2 roles.
• Owns and manages the teams shift production and drives the room performance to hit the hourly targets.
• Takes accountability for the accurate completion of the process order Job Packs and signs off all rooms first offs.
• Understands the Quality Management System in detail and can evaluate every task within the room and understand its impact on Quality.
• Maintains the acceptable standard within the clean rooms and acts where they fall below expectations.
• Understands the AM requirements expected from within the clean rooms such as the completion of CILTs adherence to settings 5S standards etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Can execute all operational tasks (changeovers QC requirements paperwork cleaning etc.) within the room and acts as the subject matter expert within their nominated clean room.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and compliant production records
• Proven experience and can demonstrate the ability to lead others.
• Displays problemsolving capability in addressing operational challenges.
• Proven experience with operational processes across Tier 1 cleanrooms (TSP SF and UDC).
• Strong communication skills effective in interactions with both management and frontline staff.
