Your role
As a Project Manager at Infosys you will be responsible for defining and executing test strategies managing QA teams coordinating E2E and UAT testing and driving continuous improvement across testing processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery and compliance with KPIs.

Your role
As a Project Manager at Infosys you will be responsible for defining and executing test strategies managing QA teams coordinating E2E and UAT testing and driving continuous improvement across testing processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery and compliance with KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- 1012 years of professional experience in test management and QA leadership
- Define and review test strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage and mentor QA teams across multiple projects and geographies
- Coordinate E2E and UAT testing efforts with business stakeholders
- Monitor and report QA KPIs including defect rates test coverage and velocity
- Ensure compliance with test policies and standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery
- Participates in interviews and mission follow-up of the QA resources for this team
- Review Test Plans Test Cases Anomalies and be able to train people on SQUASH TM and on the testing processes methodologies best practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of test management principles and QA methodologies
- Experience with test planning estimation execution and reporting
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA Confluence SQUASH TM and TMMi
- Knowledge of Agile DevOps and CI/CD practices
- ISTQB Test Manager certification preferred
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- ISTQB certification preferred
