Job Summary
Preferred Care at Home of East Tennessee is seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to join our team in Morgan this role you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes ensuring their comfort safety and well-being. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with medication reminders and monitor client health and safety.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Report any changes in client condition to the care manager promptly.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on client needs.
