- High School education or equivalent.
What else do you bring
- Promotes and assists with activities for Quality Improvement.
- Crisis Patient Intervention (CPI).
- Seeks help and accepts guidance when a gap in competence is identified.
- Continually seeks ongoing education.
- Demonstrates understanding and complies with patient and staff safety policies and procedures that foster a safe and inclusive environment for all.
- Ability to performthe essential duties of the job.
- Effectively uses empathy in interactions with others.
- Demonstrates behaviors consistent with Mackenzie Healths Commitment to Caring.
- Models behavior that is aligned with the values of Mackenzie Health Excellence Leadership and Empathy.
- Commitment to providing an exceptional experience for staff and clients within a challenging and exciting health care environment.
- Proven attendance record.
Preferably your profile also includes:
- Previous experience within the Transporter classification
- Previous related experience in a healthcare environment
- Computer literacy in a Windows environment
- Working Knowledgeof PageMaker Access Quattro Pro and Scheduling Systems
