Hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am
Hourly Pay Rate:$18.00 to $19.50 per hour
3 Shift Options: Monday - Sunday(On-Call)
- AM:7:00am - 5:00pm
- PM: 1:00pm - 11:00pm
- Overnight: 10:00pm - 8:00am

Embark at Hurricane - Stabilization and Assessment is a residential treatment center that provides a nurturing home-like atmosphere for highly acute adolescent males and their families. We specialize in addressing complex issues such as traumatic stress family dynamics relationship challenges and mental health concerns all with a focus on family-centered healing.
Responsibilities
- AM/PM:
- Walking clients through their day-to-day activities.
- Collaborate with therapists to implement interventions aligned with each clients treatment plan.
- Overnight:
- Ensure the emotional and physical safety of adolescent clients through attentive overnight supervision
- All Shifts:
- Respond proactively to emotional and behavioral escalations providing early intervention and support during crises
- Maintain accurate timely and comprehensive documentation of client behaviors incidents and interventions
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and orderly living space (e.g. sweeping dishes tidying common areas)
- Model positive behavior and reinforce a respectful encouraging atmosphere aligned with treatment goals
- Build rapport with clients while maintaining clear professional boundaries and ethical standards

Qualifications
- 21 years old or older
- Current drivers license and a good driving record
- Ability to effectively communicate and build healthy relationships.
- Ability to learn and perform CPR and First-Aid.
- Ability to learn therapeutic safety holds
- Ability to learn de-escalating techniques
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
