Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations lead a dedicated team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise store staff to ensure consistent high-quality customer service.
Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain inventory accuracy stock levels and product presentation.
Implement sales strategies to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies safety standards and operational guidelines.
Handle scheduling task delegation and performance oversight.
Monitor store KPIs and report on operational performance.
Support onboarding and training processes for new employees.
