Job Summary

Triage incoming calls gather necessary information for telemedicine referrals and schedule teleconsultations including mental health sessions.

Prepare consultation rooms ensure successful connections and provide technical assistance during consultations. Monitor and manage call logs following up with missed calls to provide available services.

Create and distribute telemedicine clinic schedules promotional materials documents consent forms and satisfaction surveys.

Communicate with clients through phone calls for service information scheduling reminders and referrals. Coordinate patient care activities including technology setup and remote assistance.

Complete monthly reports on services provided maintain patient charts and ensure timely and accurate data entry. Provide a directory for emergency referrals.

Cooperate with the field operation team and providers to facilitate a smooth referral process.

Perform data entry compile and validate data consistency for the telehealth team. Maintain accurate patient records following consumer data protection policies.

Assist the Telehealth Officer in providing required monthly reports and collaborate with the BI team for necessary reporting. Perform any other additional duties as required.

Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by supervisors to support the effective implementation of project activities.

 


Qualifications :

Any graduate preferably with a basic background in medical knowledge.

Preferably possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in managing hotlines.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient use of MS Office and Tele Health applications is a requirement.

Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate knowledge and skills in operating a call center and exhibit adaptability to various digital tools.

Communication Skills: Possess a solid understanding of basic communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients family members and healthcare providers.

Operational Management: Showcase effective time management skills ensuring the provision and accessibility of services to clients.

Organizational Skills: Display organizational prowess and attention to detail maintaining a structured and systematic approach to tasks.
