Summary

The Occupational Rehabilitation Therapist delivers school-based OT services aimed at maximizing student independence. Responsibilities include performing evaluations developing therapy plans and tracking progress toward educational goals.

Duties

Conduct assessments of motor sensory cognitive and daily living skills.

Create individualized intervention plans.

Collaborate with families and educators.

Set functional measurable targets for students.

Document all therapy interactions.

Maintain therapy supplies.

Follow HIPAA and district policies.

Complete ongoing administrative tasks.

Stay informed on OT standards and trends.

Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

SC OT license.

Accredited OT program graduate.

2 years of pediatric/school experience.

CPR-certified.

Tech-savvy with strong communication.
