Qualifications:
5 years in systems/business analysis (HCM or data integration focus)
Experience with major HRIS platforms (Workday SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM etc.)
Experience in global HCM data projects or HRIS implementations.
M&A integration project experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of HR data structures data governance and data integration methodologies
Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills (root cause analysis attention to detail).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; able to lead workshops and coordinate across teams.
Exposure to global HR operations and data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR).
Certifications like PMP CBAP or HR tech certifications (Workday etc.) are a plus.
