Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful management of technical topics. You will oversee the delivery lifecycle from initial analysis and scoping to coordination and completion while ensuring that all activities align with defined standards and best practices.
Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible within two main domains :
1. Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of initiatives managed by the technical team:
Acting as a central point of contact you will facilitate collaboration between technical teams product team and stakeholders promote delivery excellence and ensure consistent communication and adherence to operational frameworks.
- Analyzing incoming topics and requests to assess feasibility scope and impact
- Oversee risk management issue tracking and mitigation planning.
- Framing and structuring subjects to ensure clear objectives and deliverables coordinate resource planning and task ownership.
- Lead the planning coordination and execution of technical topics in PMS and integration projects across environments and regions.
- Manage delivery roadmaps schedules and dependencies in alignment with global rollout strategy.
- Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
- Coordinating all stakeholders involved (technical teams product owners business representatives regions etc.)
- Facilitating feedback loops between technical and product teams to foster a culture of improvement
- Support prioritization of technical and product backlog items with Product Owners.
You will also play a key role in optimizing delivery processes and driving continuous improvement across the team.
- Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows
- Drive continuous improvement across rollout and integration delivery processes.
- Proposing and implementing process enhancements to improve delivery speed and quality
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to the PMS and its integrations providing timely and effective resolutions.
2. Ensuring that all delivery activities comply with established standards and best practices.
- Promoting and enforcing technical and operational standards across all initiatives
- Enforce delivery standards documentation and quality gates.
- Ensuring that guidelines frameworks and processes are clearly communicated to all stakeholders
- Support the product owner point of reference for delivery-related standards and methodologies
- Supporting teams in the adoption and consistent application of these standards to maintain quality and alignment
And also :
3. Drive and motivate a transversal team with the ability to collaborate with outsourced company in India.
4. Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
5. Promote teamwork accountability and a culture of delivery excellence
Qualifications :
And you:
- Bachelors or Master Degree (Bac 4/5) in IT Engineering product or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Product SAAS Hospitality systems
- Fluent in English
Hard Skills:
- Project management (planning coordination monitoring)
- Feasibility analysis and risk management
- Knowledge of PMS environments and technical integrations
- Application of standards and best practices
- Project management tools (Jira Confluence etc.)
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues
Soft Skills:
- Leadership and ability to unify teams
- Clear and consistent communication
- Organization and prioritization
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Stakeholder management
- Continuous improvement culture
