Job Summary
Were looking for a Learning Developer to create engaging digital learning that empowers our crew and leaders across the restaurant network.
What Youll Do
- Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline
- Convert existing training into digital and micro-learning formats
- Produce learning resources including guides workshops and tools
- Maintain and update content in the Workday LMS
- Support reporting analytics and LMS user experience improvements
- Collaborate with the Instructional Designer Capability Specialist SMEs and international teams
- Keep all digital learning accurate current and aligned to operational standards
- Facilitate leadership workshops and support broader L&D sessions.
What Youll Bring
Required
- 12 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Articulate Storyline or similar tools
- Experience with LMS platforms (Workday a plus)
- Strong visual design skills and understanding of adult learning principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience in QSR hospitality or food retail
- Knowledge of food safety or restaurant operations
- Basic graphic design skills.
