About the Role

Dentons Australia has a fantastic opportunity in our Perth Real Estate team for a solicitor or associate on a full time permanent basis.

In this role you will be working across a range of real estate matters including:

• Residential and commercial property development and subdivision
• Strata title advice including by law drafting
• Residential and commercial property acquisition and sales
• Commercial leasing

Led by a warm and supportive Partner you will be supported by a fun close-knit team with direct partner access and mentoring.

As part of your role you will have access to our career development program with your national counterparts tailored to your level of PAE as well as access to pro bono program and community initiatives.

About you

• Have 2-4 years PQE experience in Western Australian real estate law with a focus on strata and developments
• Be highly organised and committed to delivering outstanding client service
• Be client focussed with an ability to build and maintain relationships
