What youll be spending your time on:
- Build a product from 0 to 1. Define the strategy vision and roadmap Own product requirements and drive the full product life cycle from discovery to roll-out post launch and iteration.
- Work closely with users and internal teams to define needs and ensure high-quality delivery that balances customer experience regulatory requirements and operational efficiency.
- Define & monitor product KPIs and take action to drive meaningful improvements.
- Use analytics market insights usability studies and feedback from users and frontline teams to drive decision-making and prioritization.
- Become the internal voice of our customers making sure we solve real problems not just ship features.
Have you done this kind of stuff
- At least 6 years experience in product management roles MUST.
- Experience owning complex workflows or internal tools (e.g. onboarding case management CX operations platforms) strong advantage.
- At least 3 years experience in Fintech and/or Payment industries Benefit.
- A proven ability to build impact driven roadmaps and execute complex products in large organizations.
- Strong analytical decision-making skills and business thinking; independent structured and organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills to informally lead and drive discovery and oversee execution with cross-functional teams (including Operations and frontline teams).
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact and influence diverse groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Incredible attention to your resume include the name of your favourite TV show.
- Excellent written verbal and presentation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- MBA a plus.
