Job Summary

Wanneroo Mitsubishi and Isuzu UTE have an exciting career advancing opportunity for an organised & enthusiastic Parts Interpreter to join their team!

Wanneroo Mitsubishi and Isuzu UTEare seekingan organised enthusiastic and self-motivated Parts Interpreter to join their team.

As an integral member of our highly regarded Parts team you will be responsible for issuing parts to workshop and retail customers handling incoming phone enquiries and orders and supporting daily warehouse tasks such as unloading deliveries and putting stock away while maintaining a polite efficient and professional approach.

YOU:

Possess basic technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
Strong interest in anything automotive
Willingness to expand automotive knowledge through training
Outstanding communication skills and telephone manner with the ability to provide excellent customer service
Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Computer literate with strong accuracy and attention to detail
The ability to work as a self-directed member of a team
Full WA Drivers licence is required
Forklift licence or willingness to obtain is desirable

Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter is preferred but not required
