Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a job in Castle Rock CO.
Responsibilities:
Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized outpatient treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic exercises manual therapy and functional training to improve mobility and strength.
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs safety techniques and ongoing rehabilitation needs.
Document assessments progress notes and treatment outcomes accurately.
Collaborate with physicians and rehab staff to support coordinated outpatient care.
Maintain compliance with clinical standards state regulations and facility policies.
Requirements:
Active Single-State Colorado Physical Therapist license (compact not accepted).
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Outpatient experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities.
