Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Physical Therapist for an exciting job in Brooklyn NY.
Responsibilities:
Perform PT evaluations treatments and documentation for acute care and acute rehab patients.
Deliver evidence-based neuro and mobility interventions.
Collaborate with physicians nurses OT and case management.
Educate patients/families on goals and home programs.
Manage a varied caseload and follow facility policies and safety standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Physical Therapy.
Active NY PT License.
BCLS certification.
Experience in acute care acute rehab and neurological PT required.
