In this role you will:
Develop integrate and document structural and interior (payloads) system requirements to establish the system design.
Perform integrate analytical and test results to validate and verify systems and components meet requirements and specifications.
Supervise supplier development test and production activities and coordinate with the supplier to optimize the design and integration to achieve program goals.
Develop new design/analysis processes and tools to improve the effectiveness quality and efficiency of the development effort.
Collaborate closely with Office of Airworthiness and regulatory authorities to ensure the aircraft cabin is delivered in the correct condition and quality.

What you bring to the table:
Basic qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering (Electrical Avionics Aerospace Aeronautical and Manufacturing Engineering) or higher degree in engineering
10 years of experience in Aerospace industry including design integration and/or certification or equivalent combination of additional education and relevant experience
Additionally preferred skills:
Experience: You have 5 years of experience as a Compliance Verification Engineer (CVE) in an EASA Design Organization or as an engineering Unit Member (e-UM) in an FAA Design Organization with terms of approval relevant to interior (payloads) discipline.
Knowledge: You can demonstrate experience with aircraft interior design/modification programs with a high level of attention to detail. You have good knowledge of airworthiness requirements e.g. CS/FAR 25 ETSO/TSO.
Collaboration: You have 5 years of experience in leading complex projects (development and execution of schedule milestones financial assessments resource assessments risk and/or issues management etc.) including influencing team members and stakeholders (suppliers customers solution providers) involved and are willing to help develop mentor and coach less experienced staff.
Tools: You can demonstrate expertise with navigating OEM data systems for specifications and standards and have worked with our most important tools: Catia V5 / V6 ENOVIA IVT AutoCAD.
